Contribution of every citizen is valuable for state’s development: Chouhan
BHOPAL: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said
that Madhya Pradesh has taken a giant leap as far as development is concerned.
After one decade’s hard work, Madhya Pradesh has reached a state where it can
show its capability and talent to the world.
Chouhan was addressing the concluding function of
state-wide Madhya Pradesh Utsav on the banks of historic Upper Lake here on
Saturday. Concluding evening of Madhya Pradesh Utsav became memorable when
Police Band of Indore filled the atmosphere with its sonorous tunes of
patriotic songs. Laser show and fireworks made the sky over the Upper Lake
Chouhan said that contribution of every citizen towards
Madhya Pradesh development is valuable. He urged people to actively partner in
Beti Bachao Abhiyan and drives to conserve energy, trees and water. He urged
them to cooperate in making Madhya Pradesh clean. He said that Madhya Pradesh
will move forward when citizens discharge their duties.
