Every single vote is valuable: Raman Singh 19-04-2014
RAIPUR: Addressing
an election meeting at Udhnapur village under Manendragarh assembly
constituency, chief minister Dr Raman Singh said that every single vote of the
people is valuable. Only with the blessings of the people Banshilal Mahato
would become Member of Parliament and Narendra Modi prime minister of the
country, he added.
Dr Raman Singh
said that the country needs a strong prime minister, not a helpless one. After
becoming prime minister, Narendra Modi, who has been struggle in life, would
take the country to the highest point of development. Seeing the gathering of
about 20,000 in the Udhnapur meeting, Dr Raman Singh said that Manendragarh
would be number one assembly constituency under Korba parliamentary seat, from
where the BJP would get highest number of votes.
He said that the
election would be historical. With its result, both the face and the luck of
the country would be changed. Remaining in power, the NDA, under the leadership
of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, had brought development in the whole country. With
several ambitious schemes like Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and Antyodaya
Yojana people had been shown the way of development, he added.
On the contrary,
he said, remaining under the prime ministership of Manmohan Singh for 10 years,
the prestige of the country has been faded. The treatment of Dr Manmohan in
these years has reacted and the Congress is now on the deathbed. Because of the
inactivity of the UPA government and the annoyance of people towards the
Congress, now the party would get only 70 seats, as the BJP would capture seats
in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka,
Maharashtra, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Delhi. The NDA and the BJP will get over
272seats and government will be formed under the leadership of Narendra Modi
after May 16.
He said that
Modi wave is much strong in UP, Bihar, Karnataka and other states. Local MLA
Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Baikuntpur MLA Bhaiyalal Rajwade, former MLA Deepak
Patel, mayor Dambroo Behra, BJP district general secretary Rameshwar Pandey,
Chandrakant Patel and others also addressed the meeting.
